The morning of day 6 I woke up feeling dreamy thinking about the beautiful beach that we went to yesterday.

Yup, that beach.
This is the first time I've been on an island and not spend every waking hour while I'm there at the beach. Next time. God willing, next time.
Anyway, today, we will be going back to the mainland.

The resort shuttle took us to the jetty and our ferry departed at 12 noon.

We checked into the Grand Continental Hotel for one night before driving back home the next day. That night we went to the Waterfront again for dinner, but this time we went to the Zie's Corner for some chicken chop, lamb chop and fish and chips. The food was nice and the service was quick.
Day 7
Last day in Terengganu!
We checked out rather early from the hotel, although not really anxious to leave. Terengganu is an amazing place to be. If you've never been, please do, go check it out. You will not be sorry.
Our journey back somehow felt longer. We decided to spend the night in Mersing instead of going all the way in one day. One day I will make a post about Mersing, a small fisherman town with it's own charm.
Anyway, the next morning we head back home after a good dose of morning swim in the Air Papan beach, one of the most popular public beach in Mersing.

With that, our journey to Terengganu has come to an end. Oh what a wonderful adventure it has been. Until next time. Definitely.
